Legacy equipment picked up my lawn mower for servicing; it was running great. When they brought it back, it wouldn't start. They picked it up again and put a starter solenoid on it. The mower was clean when it was picked up. When it was returned to me, it was covered with mud; it had sand burrs in the tires and had wet grass buildup under the deck. I am not happy about this.
