The people I interacted with used their ears for more than just to hold up their caps ( they listen ). I got the impression of a well coordinated business able to adapt and help solve ordinary and not so ordinary problems. Nope. Most worthless people I have ever dealt with. Legacy equipment picked up my lawn mower for servicing; it was running great. When they brought it back, it wouldn't start. They picked it up again and put a starter solenoid on it. The mower was clean when it was picked up. When it was returned to me, it was covered with mud; it had sand burrs in the tires and had wet grass buildup under the deck. I am not happy about this.
