Legacy has had our late mother's tractor on loan since 2007. We have asked for its return. Dr Spradley tried to charge us storage fees after they used it until it was broken. Finally he agreed to let us have it if we signed a document stating we wouldn't press for damages. We di agree, but now he won't respond and is still holding the tractor. Dr. Spradley is not being honest and is not living up to his word.
