My elderly mom had been referred for a root canal and Legacy was able to get her in the same day, in fact, within a few hours. The office team was exceptional and Dr Hirschman was clearly skilled and knowledgeable. He and the staff spoke respectfully and kindly with my mom, not at her or only to me. My dentist referred me to Legacy for a small root canal surgery. I had the best experience with Dr. Hirschman and his team. They were all so friendly, professional, and extremely thorough. I had no problems with my pre-op or post-op and scheduling was a breeze. Thank you for such great care and ease throughout it all!
Needed my first root canal. Was super nervous as I have always had anxiety with the dentist. They were friendly when I walked in, efficient, and problem solved my issue quickly while explaining everything they were going to do and that I should expect. This helped me lessen my fear and calm a bit more. The procedure itself was meticulous and as fast as they needed to go to not keep me under stress too long. Very good practice. Also they have adult treasure chest prizes, which is a delightful added touch.
My daughter had a skateboarding accident away in college. She needed 4 root canals. They thoroughly went thru everything with us and did all 4 root canals immediately. We felt so relieved to be in such capable hands. 10 out of 10 recommend Dr. Hirschman and his staff!
Excellent, excellent experience. Like many others who have reviewed, I also suffer from dental anxiety. Dr. Hirschman and dental assistant Anne were kind, non-judgmental (which is huge) and specifically asked me what issues were the source of my anxiety so they could personalize my experience to deal directly with those concerns.
