Unprofessional. Lacked basic security awareness. Had office tenants carrying his tools for him. Used pliers to prop open a security door. Seemed totally unprepared to work in commercial environment. Company with Google Maps listing in Utah, their van has Texas plates, and they’re working in central Phoenix. Use your imagination.
