Shawn and Sam really helped me get into the truck I wanted! The sales team there was amazing.. I didn’t think I was going to go back to another dealership after the experience I previously had in High River. Also, with the previous management at this Legacy Dodge.. Had a terrible experience with them. Bought a truck from them that they said was inspected thoroughly and in good working condition. 3 months later i had the piston rings leaking, tie rods worn, ball joints work, my steering rack was very worn out, and my brake fluid was black and goopy. Called them up and they just told me they could only do the brake fluid because the truck wasn’t warranted. Masih was wonderful to work with! Really cool salesman who gets things done quick and efficiently! Cannot recommend him enough 10/10 Edit: the dealership had not done the oil change even though I got assured by two people there that it would have been done. When I asked for the exact kms it was done, they didn't know and brushed it over... Not communicating about when an oil change is due is not acceptable, now I don't know if the car's life is shortened or the engine is affected as the oil was very black.
