Needed to find our son a mid size SUV for hockey travel in Ontario. Jeff Batchelor was very helpful in getting him into the right SUV at the right price point to meet our budget. When I arrived, everybody was on the phone. However, I was still acknowledged and welcomed. The person who took care of me her name is Kaleshia. She was friendly, very patient and extremely helpful. They did not just point fingers telling you where to go. Kaleshia would take me to the next area and introduced me to the person. Kaleshia Also kept me up-to-date on what was happening with my vehicle. I did not have to call her. She got a hold of me.
