Posting for my dad. He went there to replace the transmission fluid and transmission pan. They didn’t install the new pan properly and transmission fluid was leaking. Went there again to do a recall on the truck and the truck was returned smelling like oil with dirt covering the seats and middle console.
We’ve purchased several vehicles from Jeff Batchelor over the years, and he’s always been great to work with. He’s laid-back, never pushy, and very patient while we wait for the right vehicle at the right price. We really appreciate all the effort you put in. I just bought my vehical threw legacy and jeff and the rest the staff was amazing threw the whole process very nice and welcoming and Very helpful lots more to say not enough space. Just know I'm not a full star rating kind of person however my experience there today was truly worth all 5 stars
