Nightmare. expensive shower that developed stains 3 months later. Won’t honour the warranty. Called support with no response or help . Had to pay twice and have it redone. Save yourself while you can.

This is pretty long but so was our bathroom remodeling job. I'm listing the problems in order of seriousness: Didn't shut off water when connecting new vanity and ruptured a pipe damaging our nearly new carpeting. Removed carpet protection to dry out carpet. Subsequently the painter tripped and dumped a pint of paint on the carpet which also splattered across the bedroom damaging the bed comforter and pillows.
