was in pain and needed to be seen for an emergency dental situation. called the office and was about to get in for an appt and then was informed that since I missed an appt over two years ago that I wasn’t allowed to be seen and could never be seen at that office. The policy makes no sense and is really unfortunate, I felt completed defeated and at a loss with it.
