Very poor customer service never called back
The cabinets are incredibly well made, the staff are all so helpful and friendly, and the facility is SO cool! Well worth checking out, especially the Rusty Rail!
Just a couple pieces of cabinet making advice: 1-When you make the bottom drawer support too long it makes the bottom of the drawer box bow out and then makes the drawer fronts looked warped and uneven. Then the buyer has to disassemble 17 drawers and plane down the material. Pretty fun to be hacking away at my $32,000 cabinet investment. 2-Drawer fronts are supposed to cover the opening behind them. Thanks
