Installed a smart thermostat. Service guy was very helpful. Legacy is an excellent company. All the staff is friendly and helpful. Legacy will get the job done and will work diligently until the customer is completely satisfied.

Wow!!! One of the best service experiences ive ever had. I spoke with Ms. Laura and two hours later the technician was at my door. Rick was very easy to talk to. He took me through step by step on what needed to be done. He couldn't have been more professional, friendly, and courteous. The most important thing though was how much it would cost. They went to fix the problem and 3 days later the AC had the same issue so they went to fix it again profesionaly without charging and that was nice so i am going to use this company again for my other rentals if something goes wrong with the AC of any of them. Thanks so much for your profesinalism!
