Legacy was wonderful to work with, even living outside of the Seattle area. I contracted a variety of work on a home to prepare it for a sale and to work on items necessary to close the sale, inclusive of landscaping, flooring replacement, painting, electrical work and heater replacement. Legacy Construction was great to work with from beginning to end. My project was about two weeks long and they were efficient polite and gave me a heads up when there was any thing that I needed to attend to. Both of my bathrooms were getting renovated and they did one at a time to make my life easier as I lived at home during the entire project. The end result was absolutely beautiful. I don’t know if pictures would do it justice, but Legacy just did maintenance on my Batu deck and privacy screens. Everything looks great. Highly recommended!
Legacy Construction recently repaired our gutters, and we were very impressed with their service. Hannah was especially helpful, fitting us into her busy schedule and ensuring everything went smoothly. The team responded quickly, communicated clearly, and did an excellent job!
Communication- Excellent Showed up on time and completed the project in a timely manner. Workers were respectful and worked REALLY hard. Price was appropriate for the project. Highly recommended.
