Gotta love the 1980s.... sink in the master bedroom, doorless closet sized master bathroom with extra wall in the middle, cream colors, brown carpets, and wood everywhere. Hannah and the team did an amazing job bringing our 2nd floor into the 2020s. New floors throughout, 2 completely new bathrooms, and wall removal to open up the stairs. Great price and great work! Looking forward to working with you again soon, next up is modernizing the first floor.
We had a great experience with Legacy Construction for our deck railing installation, and stair construction projects. We worked with Hannah who was extremely helpful, and communicative throughout the project timeline. She made sure that all my concerns were addressed timely. I have used Legacy construction for three different projects and highly recommend this company. The workmanship is superior, costing is competitive. Before the exterior paint project, they did a walk-around with me to help me better understand what's involved in a project of this scope. Further, during the walk-around, they pointed out areas where total costs on the project could be reduced. This shows an attitude at Legacy that truly has their customers' interest as a priority.
The contract involves replacing partial of the vinyl sidings and fortifying one side of my fences with concrete. The work was done great from removing the old sidings and installing new vinyl siding. Exterior painting job was good. They did a good job fortifying my fences. The project spanned a few days but the crew got it done. They really went above and beyond on their workmanship.
