Had a roof leak from the large amounts of rain and wind we've had over the past two days that resulted in a leak in our living room. I was directed to this company by our insurance. This was a rough experience. We waited about an hour to be contacted by the local office, after calling the national line, to have them come out to our place. If you ever have an emergency, water damage, or any plumbing issue, call Legacy Construction Group. They are amazing people who show up on time, provide updates, and guide you through the entire process, including insurance claims. They handle everything from mitigation to reconstruction. Highly recommend them. Arcenio is the best.

Today, I want to thank Legacy Construction Group for their incredible help last night. After we experienced a pipe burst and water damage in our home, they were the only ones to answer our call and come immediately to address the issue. They’re now handling the mitigation and will take care of the reconstruction as well. We’re currently working with our insurance to assess the damage, but so far, Legacy has been doing an amazing job. I strongly discourage anyone from working with Legacy Construction Group LLC. My experience with this company has been deeply disappointing and concerning, particularly in how they treat members of the immigrant and refugee communities. They exploit individuals who may not fully understand the language or legal processes, frequently resorting to threats such as placing liens on homes or taking clients to court.
