That not respect the time because they called me after 50 minutes from my appointment. And they not saying sorry for that.
This is the worse clinic I've ever had such a horroble experience with. I had to call several times to get a certain rx sent to pharmacy, after so many attempts another physician had to step in to send in the prescription, then my doctor finally send me a message apologizing. Then i was sent a referral to a surgeon that only treat patients with cancer, it has taking me several calls to get them to send the referral to a surgeon that actually practice what i need.
