We were hesitant at first to go through the testing process with our son, but it was far easier and less scary than expected. The staff was kind, responsive, patient dealing with us as parents new to testing, compassionate and thorough. They seemed to truly care about our son's well being. The report was very detailed and helpful to the school as they worked to write up a 504 for next year. Cost of services was obscure and not provided prior to services. Insurance did not cover and was informed of a hefty bill months after services. Tried calling the billing department (separate company) several times to setup a payment plan since the amount is too high to pay at once. Billing department never called me back. Legacy offices are still calling me asking for an updated credit card and a bill that is $300 more than the bill received from the billing department. Legacy diagnosed my son with ADD and Dyslexia about 10 years ago. I recommended them to so many different people since. However, four years ago when my other child asked to go to therapy after coming out ( he developed a severe stutter) I asked to see them and they said we would be put on a waiting list. I don’t recall a call back. I took him elsewhere successfully. Unfortunately, that therapist retired so I thought I’d give them another shot.
