Very rude and unprofessional staff, no good service and careless staff. I regret taking my newborn to this clinic.
This is a review for the PEDIATRICS TEAM. Idk about the obgyn for this location but I want to say I love Ms. Tara Huckabee. Unfortunately I had to switch doctors because I needed something closer to home. However, she was always so sweet and understanding. My baby Alessandro is currently 4 months and she took care of him for the first 3 months. Her assistants were also very polite, helpful, and friendly. The front desk was chill. If I could give 0 stars I would. Front desk staff is nice I'll give them that, but the office misinforms you about everything. I'm trying to leave to get reevaluated at a better office and to even get my med records faxed over, they tell you it can take 1 month! It's ridiculous how they work there and not to mention no manager on sight because he takes care of other offices 24/7. Worst clinic ever I visited 3 days regularly for my baby health card and every time they print new form to fill and not summits I had regular check up in legacy’s southwest but this location is horrible don’t choice . Poor knowledge people are in clinic so don’t waste time in this location if they cancel your appointment and not inform you or notification to you worst management and location 🥹
