The service is very good; my doctor is excellent and always shows a lot of interest. However, I wish they would consider the patient wait times. I don't understand why if my appointment is at 3:00 PM and I arrive 15 minutes early I sometimes have to wait up to an hour without being seen, especially while pregnant. That is the only thing that bothers me, because the treatment I receive is very good, and my doctor is great too. I love this location Pediatrician Brieanna Flowers-Joseph is the best she always takes good care of my 13 month old.
Muy buena atención
My brother just walked out. 2 hours after appointment time and he had to go. They called him about 30 minutes later when he was already on the Fred Hartman bridge headed home asking if he was still in the lobby. Pathetic! Just close your doors if you can't meet appointment times.
