Well, well, well what can I say about this particular property they full of crap they’re liars. They don’t handle your business right they miss you your information. Everybody is having your case but the right people they tell you what the that’s another. I wanted to share a review about Legacy Commons apartment building. It is a beautiful apartment that we have unfortunately due to the water sewage bill that we didn’t know two years ago was a separate bill from your rent. We have been here for two years. That is one of the reasons that we are moving The other reason is a neighbour that lives in 529 has been nothing short of a horror story. Overall very satisfied. There have been issues with the washing machine in this unit. This lead to being without the use of one for many weeks. Legacy Commons communicated updates with me.

They get you on a special and then raise your rent $150 to $200 annually. But they don't tell you that you are getting a special rate when you sign your lease. They claimed my monthly rent was a reduced rate, which justifies why they raised it a $170 a month. If I would know when they had such significant of rate increases yearly, I would have never moved here. Bedsides, It's quite expensive for section 42 apartments.
