08/2025 As I said before, the office is a revolving door. They send emails daily trying to get a grasp of the disarray of the property. They recently hung a sign in the office, turn your neighbor in with a photo if they don’t clean up their pet waste. Nice sign, manager. The maintenance manager, Scott left because it was so bad and you can definitely see it in the property. He kept it clean. I have been living here for 5 years and renewed this year as well. Great location! Helpful management! My building is really quiet and well maintained. Fantastic community to call my home.
My husband and I have lived in a few Lund Co. properties over the years. So when we moved back to Omaha, we decided to give Legacy Commons a try. WOW!!! We are so impressed with the office staff, maintenance, amenities, and the property as a whole. The office staff knows their tenants by name & is more than happy to introduce people to create a very close-knit community.
