Life can be stressful and I could hardly turn my neck. The cervical part of my spine and neck felt stuck. My referral, I went to legacy chiropractor And Wellness. Dr Michael McCullen‘s assessment was thorough and he did techniques that released the cervical areas and I had much less pain and in a better mood when I left I would highly recommend this chiropractic service in Boise.
I've been seeing a chiropractor since I was 21 years old after being in an accident versus a welding truck. It wasn't until I moved to the Boise area and started using Dr Don that he was able to keep me consistently moving and able to do the things I need to do on an acreage at 65 years old
Dr. Don Rae has treated three generations in our family over the last 40+ years!! He has been a faithful provider and become a friend. Needless to say, we all highly recommend this clinic. All of the staff at legacy chiropractic have been friendly and helpful! I have gotten chiropractic adjustments over the last eight years and always feel so much better afterward! I recently got a massage and the massage therapist, Desiree, was very thorough and helpful. She took time to find out my specific needs for the massage and even gave me some tips on posture and stretching to help me reduce lower back pain in my day to-day activities. I highly recommend Legacy Chiropractic!
I was so relaxed finally after the adjustment that I slept a solid 14 hours. Not fighting a fire so much anymore. But I have more appointments, can't wait.
