Was not the best experience!!! No where to sit on the back of the boat my wife and kids sat in the floor!!!... toilet did not work... my family of 5 all went and the first mate was terrible we did a 6 hour charter had 4 lines in for the first 2 hours and only 3 the rest of the day...first time I paid for a charter where everyone on the boat didn’t get a pole??? Not to mention the breeze made the sea rough. Which was not the captains fault. And yes everyone got sick!! I will not be using this charter service again.
RecommendedOur captain and mate were awesome, we stayed on fish, lines out the whole time, professionalism and customer service are at the top of the list of the great experience we had with Legacy Charters. They are competitive with pricing and know the water, you can’t go wrong!
We have been using Legacy for many years and will continue to because Captain BJ has always made sure we have had a great day of fishing
We were on vacation from Pittsburgh and wanted to check off a bucket list item but Mother Nature wasn't cooperating and the seas were a bit rough. Another Captain directed us to Legacy Charters because who we first booked with his boat was to small for the sea conditions. The Legacy has a much bigger boat and Bill had explained things to us honestly about what to expect being our first time and took the time to answer all of our questions. It was a slow fishing day with tons of boats out for a tournament and I STILL caught my limit to take back to Lexington. Thank you so much for an awesome experience. Had a great time with everyone on board and might book my trip(s) early for next year...or may make trips to come up just to fish. I can see this becoming a hobby. Thanks guys
