Rafael was great! He was friendly, punctual, polite, and incredibly thorough, he even took the time to do the closets and point out a few pet stains we hadn’t noticed. I really appreciated the care he took with our home, including putting up corner protectors to keep the walls safe from the hoses. The carpets look and smell great. Highly recommend if you're looking for someone professional and detail-oriented!
Rafael Guerrero was fantastic! He was extremely professional - took time to understand my needs and provided his thoughts without upselling me. I felt like I could really trust him and that he knew his business. He saved a chair from orange hand putty! (its still a bit dark in the new photo, but we think that's just because its still wet) Highly recommend and would gladly work with him in the future :)
The team at legacy were absolutely amazing. Rafael did a fantastic job on my carpet, removed stains that had been there for years and also cleaned my couch. I’m very pleased and I highly recommend.
I called Legacy and Josh was fantastic. He answered all my questions. He was able to get me in the same week and let me know Rafael would be the technician to do our job. Rafael finished his earlier job and called to see if he could start 30 minutes sooner, which was perfect! He arrived promptly, looked through the bedrooms and explained what he could do and exactly what the cost would be. He totally over delivered!!
