Birthday Brunch to celebrate Angel’s 42th
Food is good but service is bad. I like to call my order in and the servers never answer the phone. I’ll have to call multiple times or go in and wait 20 minutes. This has been happening a lot.
Service is horrible. If the workers are having a bad day they don’t care about your food. I waited 1hour on a burger that I precalled in just for it to be wrong. Wasn’t that many people in there. I called to tell them my order wasn’t made how I said and their response was “ what you want me to do” abruptly. I brung the food back for a refund they still made me wait 20 minutes before processing my refund. Customer service and enthusiasm was horrible. Probably never visiting again. 1/10 . Loved our breakfast.
The staff is great, professional, and polite. The food was exceptional, and it was the Southern home cooking we were looking forward to eating. The restaurant is clean and cozy. We will definitely return.
