Everyone was willing to make sure my experience was great.
I made a reasonable offer on a truck, and they came back with their best price, which was all fine, I probably would have taken their price, except when they wrote it up they a included a couple of "add ons" etching $199, and a "vehicle protection plan" for another 500, didn't ask for those and certainly don't need them, asked them to remove them and was told those were part of the "deal". Caitlynn, Alyssa, Mitch, Kayla, and Mike were FANTASTIC! Mitch and Caitlynn have been dealing with us for almost 7 years now and have always gone above and beyond for me. She was very professional, easy to work with. Fast-forward three months later, and they had the most perfect GMC Sierra on the lot. It was everything I was looking for.
