Kaelyn (spelling?) is absolutely amazing. She is so kind, gentle, and efficient. She really helps make this uncomfortable process as comfortable as she can. She's so bright and easy to chat with, helps take your mind off the smushing. Really grateful for her.

Would not do a Mammogram that my PCP ordered for cancer symptoms because im "to young". Still dont have answers. Please do not go here especially if your younger they dont care about you.

Last year I had my 1st ever mammogram. Tamara, the tech was amazing. Quick, kind, friendly and efficient. This year I had Peggy. Same experience. Im 65

I have heard many friends say that they went to OHSU because of their bad experiences here. Four of them had horrible experiences with the technician called Bonnie. The front desk staff don’t have people skills and are very abrasive and arrogant. They act like they’re doing you a favor to let you be a patient.

Scheduling is a nightmare. Made an appointment Monday for an MRI. They cancelled it the next day because their machine is down but no one called to notify me. They also rescheduled my appointment without checking with me so then I had to sit on hold for over 45 minutes to try to reschedule. Probably best to double check your appointment time in MyChart before you head out the door.
