That was the simplest most comfortable experience I have ever had at a medical office. The vibe was good. The people were amazing. 10 Stars
I made an appointment for 4:30. I reached the door at 4:32 and it was locked. The sign says you won’t be seen if you show up 15 minutes late. I called and they said there’s no one there to check you in, and “that’s why we encourage people to check in 15 minutes early.” I will never come back here. So unacceptable!!!! If you want your patients there early please make that the appointment time!!
This imaging facility failed me. If I could give a double negative star rating I would. It took them 3 weeks to get authorization for MRI and then couldn't get appointment for another week. I called them everyday trying to get appointment. Who needs them after 3 week wait? Go ANYWHERE ELSE!!
I feel so fortunate to have such an amazing radiology clinic right next to home. I had the regular mammograms performed for two years then ended up with a cancer diagnosis. Everything through this journey with imaging and biopsies has been incredible care from an incredible team of people. I specifically chose Dr. Wadley for my biopsy and could not have imagined a better doctor to do this.
