Wonderful customer care provided by Jen L. During check-in all while juggling 3 other patients at 8am on a Saturday. Jen L and Amy, my tech were both in great spirits. Friendly and patient. Making sure I was comfortable and Jen was informative about what to expect during future intakes since I’m now in the Medicare phase of life.

I am impressed with how smoothly this place is run. I’ve only had a couple of appointments here, but I haven’t had to wait either time. After being greeted warmly, I was taken back into the exam room immediately. I was even given a warm robe to put on, which I think is a really nice touch. The staff is warm & caring & the mammogram process is as good as it can get.

I made an appointment for 4:30. I reached the door at 4:32 and it was locked. The sign says you won’t be seen if you show up 15 minutes late. I called and they said there’s no one there to check you in, and “that’s why we encourage people to check in 15 minutes early.” I will never come back here. So unacceptable!!!! If you want your patients there early please make that the appointment time!!
