I have called both the store and the owners personal number (which was given for installation). Installation was great, now we need replacement blinds and I have yet to get an answer. Store has no answering machine and when left on cell phone no return. I have even driven to the store, which had an OPEN sign lit up in the window, surprise surprise! NO ANSWER! Needless to say, we will be going to another company who will actually respond to their customers
