I have mixed feelings on Legacy Bio-Medical (LBM). Generally, I want to believe they are a good business, but I also believe they are not fully forthcoming in their sales. I purchased an O2 concentrator (O2C) end of Oct 2025 and was told it has a "3-year manufacturer" warranty from date when I purchased. After years of service we are very disappointed. We called them to simply do a yearly maintenance on our autoclave and we were not having any issues with it. However a few hours after the Service Tech left we found that the autoclave did not work. We immediately called them and asked them to please send some one out to fix this as soon as possible. They sent another tech the next day. The Autoclave was then fixed. Then we received the bill. Our yearly maintenance fee had more than doubled and we were being charged a very lar... read more
