Very knowledgeable ,helpful, friendly, professional, and down to earth people.
Dan is incredibly knowledgeable about everything bikes. If you just starting out I had a woman I highly recommend you going to talk to him. I love my specialized bike and I know if anything ever goes wrong with it he will stand behind his product hundred percent. He's also a cyclist as a matter of fact his whole family is so he knows what it's like to be passionate about riding and does what ever it takes to keep you on your bike
Excellent customer service. Whether you know virtually nothing of bicycles or are a pro they know how to help with a smile on their face!
