This place is very slow. You have to wait all day to be seen if you don't have an appointment. My daughter just got her chart reopened and we have been waiting for 5 hours so far. I don't think it's right that kids should have to wait all day to be seen by a therapist. I am very disappointed with this center.
I was surprised with how well the staff were patient and kind . They have helped me so much and I am so incredibly appreciative for Legacy (inpatient team)

If I could rate this place with no stars, I definitely would. 1 star is giving them too much! This is the most unprofessional facility I have ever been to in my life. The women at the windows are rude, inconsiderate and incompetent to start with. The doctor is rude, impractical and thoughtless! If you are looking for psychiatric care I would not recommend this place! The way that this establishment is set up is designed to break you down mentally! Georgia really needs to do better with their healthcare!
