Terrible service. I went in for a haircut, and no one said hello, they just stared at me. I was there for 15 minutes waiting to see if someone would cut my hair. Then Edgar came in, and they recognized him. If you don't get a haircut like Dora the Explorer, you probably won't get service. Horrible place.

I've tried a lot of barbers on the Tri-cities, but I've settled to visit Legacy every time ever since I discovered Angel. He's courteous, professional and get my hair right every single time. I've been going to him almost two years now, and he has not disappointed me once. The shop itself is clean amd you can play pool to pass the time if you get there early.

Been going to legacy barber shop highlands for a year or so now, my barber is Angel. He’s super clean, professional with his work never had any issues about my cuts always satisfied with his work. Would really recommend him as a barber 10/10

Get at Angel Miranda for a haircut I go to him every time. He cuts my hair just perfect and does my line up real clean. I recommend him 100% won’t disappoint
