My appointment got canceled when I was sitting out side for a hour waiting. Don’t see why it was canceled

Was a few minutes late got a text saying I was a no call no show even tho I confirmed my appointment online, tried to call and ask if I could still possibly get my haircut even tho I was 5 minutes late or setup another appointment. Didn’t get the chance to do that was very rudely told that I missed it and that he was a every 30 min guy(even tho he wasn’t in the shop when I called) sucks because he was highly recommended by a few friends. I don’t recommend
Great place to get a cut. He takes great care of military! I recommend booking online to get in!
