Went to to get a haircut yesterday morning, place all shut waited around for 10min, still not opened, trading hrs says his open, no sign on his window or anything.Waste of fuel and time

Long 1hr wait, cut itself too not bad but not what I asked for. Asked for a skin fade and he just shaved my head. The guy was rough, head hurts afterwards. Only spent 9 minutes on it and still charged $40, crazy. First and last time coming here.
