Legacy is an excellent bank. They've taken great care of my parents-in-law. Just yesterday, their banker, Nicole, stayed at work an extra 30 minutes to help take care of some urgent business.
Close to my job. Unfortunately traftis horrible in the evening hours making a left turn. Been banking with Legacy past 4 years no complaints I get treated like a person dosent matter if on the Phone Drive up window or in person I've always been given respect as a person not an account number. I like it that I get treated well.
Terrible customer service
Have been with this Bank since before they became Legacy. Started with 1st National Bank in Clinton, Missouri for over 40 years--was a piece of cake to transfer things! Same employees of 1st National Bank! They are great!! Plan on staying here for same amt. of time (dont think thats possible with our age though!) Thanks for keeping the same ones on to help us as we have had once we moved to Springfield!!
There about the only bank offering more the 2.75% on CD. Switched banks for this reason!
