Please don't bank with this company. Every time I go up there, which is about once a week. They have fired the previous tellers and hired new ones that are like deers stuck in headlights! I've had to go up there multiple times to ask why my card wasn't working, to only be told. Oh we'll just get you a new one and have to go up to a week without a card! Their banking online cost money, which I've never heard of this happening at any other bank, and they just merged again with another company for like the second or third time!... read more

This bank is first class all the way. They know my name everytime I walk in and they even have popcorn and cookies on Fridays!! Never had a bad experience in all my years of doing business with them. Glad I switched from the unfriendly national bank!

I'm sad to say what a horrible business Union Bank has become. I've had an account with them for almost 10 years now & they're finally losing my business. They recently merged with Rose Rock Bank and ever since the merge, things have been nothing but difficult & inconvenient. Up until the merge, thier online banking was spot-on & real-time.
