I truly cannot say enough good things about my experience with the team at Legacy! Their communication is top notch, and they went above and beyond to help me (as someone who doesn’t know cars) understand what exactly was happening with my car. This crew acts with honesty and integrity: when they thought it was in my best interest to get rid of my car instead of fixing it they advised me to do so which took money out of their pockets. Chris checked in and handled correspondence was awesome, they had my car out by 3 PM after a morning drop off. They even have a coffee maker for customers, though sadly there’s no decaf.
Truthfully, I am overdue for writing this review. My husband and I have been using Legacy for MANY years now and through multiple vehicles, and it's hard to know where to begin as there are countless reasons why this is our most trusted shop and is pretty much the only place we take our vehicles.
