They ríp off elderly people and sugests them to buy expensive auto part insurance. On the next day the car stop working and when we went back to return it they just say contract can’t be cancelled when it hasn’t been 24 hours. They said that the only way to cancel is if they pay them $4,000 to put it back in their lot. When you buy at places like this you take the risk of getting stuck with a car that doesn’t work and monthly payment with high interest.
Had the pleasure of dealing with Eddie as my salesman and Ralph the boss man. These guys are some genuine, trustworthy and amazing service providing gentlemen. They don’t play the average dealership BS and tell you exactly how it is. They don’t beat around the bush to get a sale or try to butter you up, even after giving up my money they still provided me with a paid service on their end when they could have simple said no after already purchasing the vehicle. My 17 year old son purchased a truck with them let's just say will never go back i wasnt aware of so many issues that it had I told them the ones I found and we took it in so they could fix them well found out they didnt fix it right zip ties all over supposedly and oil chamge I checked the filter not new... the mileage is still the same as when he bought it mind u he is now 19.5 ..the truck was having issues with a sensor they told my son don't drive through the mud it was really dirty.. he drove through a little mud puddle... read more
I bought a mini van from them a few months back. (Paid in full no payments even tho they offer payments) I Had my ex-husband test drive it since he was the one paying for it for out disabled child's benefit (and mine since we're getting up there in age ). we got it because with our disabled child we make a lot of trips to Seattle Children's Hospital for as well for our lil guy.
