I bought a mini van from them a few months back. (Paid in full no payments even tho they offer payments) I Had my ex-husband test drive it since he was the one paying for it for out disabled child's benefit (and mine since we're getting up there in age ). we got it because with our disabled child we make a lot of trips to Seattle Children's Hospital for as well for our lil guy. Call the dealership about my problem. Whoever respectful, very nice. Or we would definitely go up once we fully resolve The issue, but definitely a good dealership. They do things different.

They don't tell the truth. If they cared so much about customer service, why did they sell me a piece of junk? I would think it would be against the law to sell a female senior citizen a car that can't be fixed and doesn't run.
Bought a used car from Alex. What a smooth talker. Car broke down 7 days after I bought it. They had it over a month and it still wasn't fixed. Now it broke down again. The owner called me and said he would make everything right. I think he changed his mind when I asked him if he was going to make my payment. I only had the car 4 days out 40.
