What a ridiculous experience. I came to them with a time sensitive issue. Communication is awful, not only with the customer, but within their own group. Days go by without a communication. Then phone calls or emails asking for info they already have. It's like they didn't bother to write anything down, certainly didn't feel like a priority. During the whole 2 weeks I couldn't help but think "Man I don't wanna deal with these guys" I'd write a bunch more stuff but these guys aren't worth anymore of my time. As consumers, this should already be your standard of practice when dealing with any type of business, so for your sanity and semblance, please make sure you keep accurate records of communication and request everything in writing as things implied and otherwise can get easily lost in translation when emotions run high. These people are not deserving of ANY stars. Just said goodbye to what I thought would be a long term vehicle through the "Drive-It-Away" program. I thought I was set.... A rent-to-own program where some of the money spent would come directly off the price of the car, until a price is reached when you can afford to purchase the vehicle. A set price, a set amount of kms, your own insurance, and maintenance covered. A pretty awesome deal right? WRONG! Please do not ever lease a vehicle with this company. -Aside from Vic being great - kathy has found reasons to constantly charge my account for renewing my insurance which is absolutely insane. The customer service is subpar she is absolutely unpleasant to deal with and she doesn’t even care when I addressed my concerns - do better honestly! also do yourself a favour and look elsewhere there are definitely better places than this place

Terrible!! Richa is awful, pushy, ignorant, Fraser, well he is just absent, im set up to fail with not enough kms for 5 yrs, after 3 yrs the car will be sitting and ill be paying to look at it rot in my driveway. unanswered calls, no one returns my messages. I honestly recommend you to go elsewhere. anywhere is better than here. very disappointed with the service and the people I had to deal with. enjoy your commission!
