Absolutely avoid this place. It may be fine if you need basic service for oil and brakes. But if it's something serious I would at all costs find someone else to do the work. I set an appointment a few days in advance to make sure they had time for my issue, I also described what I wanted done. I showed up and was assured they would get to my vehicle for a diagnostic.
