Lack of communication when requesting an update, stated vehicle will be ready by certain date then moved it because he was at a party, that’s lack of professionalism. We took the vehicle to be fixed for one reason and they supposedly fixed it but they messed up another thing in the vehicle!
We bought a 2003 Chevy Avalanche from Legacy in 2015. We paid a reasonable price, it looked(s) amazing, sounds amazing and runs amazing. There was a problem with the tailgate latch and just a couple cosmetic issues inside but they took the time to order the new latch and fixed it at no extra cost. The guys that took care of us and worked with us were amazing. I don't understand how they could get a 1 star ranking yet no one left a comment or remake. I give them 👍👍👍👍👍
