Wow — I can’t thank this team enough!! They did an incredible job on my car. From the moment I dropped it off, they were so communicative, transparent, and genuinely helpful. Rafael especially went above and beyond — he handled all the frustrating insurance stuff for me and made the whole process feel so easy and stress-free. And when I picked up my car… it looked BRAND. I was recommended by VW Richardson as they do not have a collision center and man were they right. They took care of us from day 1 with updates via text through out the process. They helped with insurance claim and any additional monies that were needed to complete the repairs. I recommend Dallas Auto Body. They are nice and welcoming. Rafael kept me updated about what was going on every step of the way. The paint looks great. The malfunction with my hood was fixed.
