I took my 2012 Lexus LS 460 in for a long-standing frame issue that no one had been able to diagnose for quite some time. They were able to identify and resolve the problem without any issues. They have the proper tools and expertise to run detailed frame alignment tests and perform precise vehicle alignments, in addition to body repair work. Their communication was very technical and thorough, which I appreciated as a customer with some knowledge of vehicles.
Legacy Auto Body Shop in Garland has been the best place for auto repair. Rafael took such good care of me and took the initiative to continuously contact the insurance company to ensure all repairs were covered in a timely manner. Very professional and polite. Raphael even brought the car to me. Best of all the car looks better than new.
