This cross fit and open gym outfit is a class act. The facility is outstanding. Even better than that are the coaches. Coaches take a genuine interest in you as a person and in you as a class member. They tailor each workout to meet the needs of each member, no matter your level. I personally enjoy being able to go to cross fit and have confidence that I’ll be able to participate and grow at the pace I need to, all while feeling competitive and having fun! I just recently joined this gym and I have to say it’s been amazing. The community is great and the owner and coaches are very intentional. The workouts are efficient and challenging! 10/10 recommend !
