Mixed feelings about this experience so far. The quality of product is fantastic. Great showroom to check out the materials they have available. Fair pricing. I was not satisfied with the communication in terms of delivery times of product ordered and then pickup availability. After one product came in way later than expected they offered to ship it, but somehow the ball got dropped and it ended up being faster for me to swing through and pick it up. GREAT Products, shirts and hats are lovely material and I love the fact they had products made green/recycled I value that care in shirts. A lot to choose from via the catalogue and Bill and there team were always open to answering phone calls and sending me samples and helping the process along! Hope to do business with them soon!
Bad experience with poor quality Legacy hat which was followed by a less than helpful support team. Dye of the cap melted in the rain which happened to be the on the ~5th wear. I’ve worn a hat nearly everyday for well over a decade and never seen anything like it. I’ve also lived in England for 3 years so all of my caps see significant rain without issue.
