I had been coming to this cleaners for years. They have certainly gone down hill and the numerous bad reviews explains it. Very dishonest owner and staff. I stopped by to pick up an item and told them how bad they were and the employee told me "she didn't care." Don't waste your money with them.

My wife left a faux leather dress to be cleaned and they could not remove the stains. The stains were at the very bottom of the dress so the owner recommended that THEIR tailor could cut the stains off and then re-hem the dress. She came in to discuss that ONLY 2.5 inches could be cut off or the dress would be TOO short. The owner was given EXACT directions and she marked it with blue tape. Dont bring your business to this place. I should’ve listened to what the other reviewers said. In two occasions that I brought my clothes, first it was never ready on time. I clearly asked them on both occasions when I should come pick it up. Then when I show up on the day they promised, they told me that they weren’t not ready. First time it happened, I didn’t make a big deal out of it and thought that it was just a one-off thing.
