do not trust their home walk through claims, tell them you sign only after they fix all the issues and ask them who from their HQ will ensure the claims made in Walk through. during walk through , they will mention about 2 weeks follow up visit and then a 10 month visit. When i contacted after 2 weeks, i was told to submit a warranty claim --> meaning there is NO 2 WEEKS follow up to fix any issues.
