If I could give 0 stars I would. Imagine every time it’s raining water gets your house and your neighbors, we reported several times. Mind you I was pregnant and my neighbor has a leg injury, instead of actually fixing the problem they built sandbags around the doors. It didn’t help by the way. Why would I, as a pregnant woman want to have to step over sandbags to get into my house. My neighbor had nearly hurt himself trying to step over 3 stacked sandbags to get home. Drove by there the other day. Looks like they haven't cut the grass since last year and the pool looks like garbage and hasn't been open for years.
DO NOT MOVE HERE I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE! You don’t have to think twice about it. Plumbing is horrible, downstairs bathroom flooded out the living room on multiple occasions. A maintenance work order, you’ll be waiting for weeks to get something fixed.The pool? Oh it’s a joke because it will NEVER be fixed. Has not been in use for years. Save your money and go somewhere you can get your money worth and not sold false dreams about the amenities we look for when searching for an apartment.
