This place has gotten to be really bad since it's been turned into a multifamily community. It's not all on the younger adults either. There's a lot of senior citizens in my building that are very disrespectful and have no regard for anyone else because they smoke anywhere they want to smoke. Great management team and nicely renovated apartments I would recommend Legacy to anyone!
I had a very good experience with Legacy at Imperial Village getting a studio apartment. I spoke to Everlyn McKay. I explained my situation with my mother & she said she would be glad to help. She gave me her personal phone number in case I had any questions or issues. She worked with me while waiting for a copy of my mother's social security card. If I can give this 0 stars I would. First of all it’s January 2026 and these bugs came out left and right. I’m assuming the reviews under here were beg for from staff because who in their right mind would live here and they catfish people into thinking this place was clean but it’s really not I’m young in my 20’s and they lied saying that the older people bringing used furniture is the problem why there is an infestation but that’s not true from my understanding this was going on before they brought the building in 2021.
