I’ve resided in apartment living for decades. Since relocated from Virginia Beach to Richmond this May (2025) I am extremely pleased with my new forever home, Legacy at Imperial Village. Housing J6 pardoned criminals. If you want to live around folks like that, live here I guess.
At this point, I'd leave no stars & I've never even lived here, and never will. The leasing team seems unprofessional, uninformed & inexperienced on how to properly process a corporate lease. We've been in talks for 3 months & when I finally gave them the paperwork they initially asked for, that wasn't "enough" either, nor have I been informed if backgrounds were done for the $50 application fee I paid. This senior development is NOT ideal for seniors. The elevator in one of the buildings has been inoperable for over a year. Why? The staff in the office won't get back to you about ANY issue you may have. The administrative assistant, and receptionist are the worst. They are very unprofessional, and untruthful. Would NOT RECOMMEND!
