Im not even a tenant here and Im extremely happy that Im not! I applied to rent at this whack a** property, paying a $300 deposit (refundable) and a $60 application fee (non-refundable). I was denied. Im trying to figure out why havent I received my $300 deposit that was supposedly refundable I applied in JANUARY OF 2023 it is now APRIL 2023!!! This is a definition of THEFT OR SCAMMING!!!!
Worst service i ever got in my life and my first ever experience with discrimination. I am an immigrant and was looking for a decent 2bd apartment. I was so excited and looked proactively(2 months before), I saw model house and they apartment was still occupied by other tenant. These people ask my so many documents, more than i have ever submitted to anyone, after i submit i paid for application fees, admin fees and sign lease. RecommendedI have been here since 2000. The area is convenient for shopping at mall and other stores nearby. Complex is very quiet. Office staff and maintenance are friendly and efficient. Neighbors are also friendly. I am still glad to call Legacy my home!
The staffs are cleaning the area around the community daily. It is quiet and no one bothers you. I is very safe to live here. I highly recommend this place.

When I first moved here in September of 2018, everything was perfect. I had no complaints, small issues would be fixed right away, like the stove wouldn’t work... Lately, under new management, nothing is being fixed right away! Since winter has started I’ve had non stop issues with my heat and water. I’ve even went as far to call Nicor and had them come out, they told me the entire heating pipes need to be replaced, it’s also carotid and been dripping a little... very beautiful homes. The staff is great. The leasing agent Michelle makes u feel at home from start to finish. I recommend talking to her about leasing a apt asap. u will love this community. New tenant and love it here.
