RecommendedMy folks moved into the Legacy at Fairways May 1, 2015. My dad continues to live there since my mom’s passing in 2016. Everyday I am glad we made the move to Legacy at Fairways almost 2 years ago. Our spacious villa meets all our needs and more as we are able to entertain our friends. When we have concerns they are quickly remedied. Our neighborhood is caring and we enjoy activities at the Town Center. Victor provides all our shopping needs. When friends come to see us they are amazed at the size of our villa and the opportunities we have here. We love it here.
We moved into a townhouse in July, 2018. We immediately felt at home. The staff answers questions and has provided a safe atmosphere to live. They have taken care of repairs when we have needed them. There are many opportunities for growth, such as yoga, exercise, games, classes, etc. The watermark catalog of offerings is extensive. My husband and I moved into a beautiful Villa two years ago and we can't say enough about our happiness and ease of living. The community is friendly and there is always something going on whether an exercise class, friendly game of mahJongg, or a social gathering. We have made wonderful friends and with no longer being burdened with the responsibility of home ownership, we have improved our quality of life immensely.

Everything is as they said it was going to be, Food is great, place is very clean, people are nice and friendly, entertainment is excellent. Housekeeping staff are excellent.
