A Fair Deal! My family & I lived in the Legacy at Arts Quarter for 7 long months last year! We lived there while we were building a house. They told us the apartment was 1100 sq feet, but it seemed about 800. No dining room. Very very noisy -- but that's what you get when you live in the city. The parking garage is in the center of the complex, so you park on the level you live on -- no walking up 3 flights of stairs with a toddler and groceries!
