Melanie is really rude.I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received when attempting to schedule an appointment for my sick dog. After my initial call, the representative abruptly ended the call and did not provide a callback. Subsequent attempts to reach the office resulted in being placed on hold without any acknowledgement.

Never been so disappointed… We brought our baby in needing help and when the doctor came in to tell us she had parvo, he literally stuck his clipboard out towards her like he was disgusted (pup was still full of energy so she walked up to him) and instead of showing compassion, he said, “well y’all won the lottery, it’s parvo.” Maybe that’s his idea of humor, but to us, sitting there scared for our dog’s life, it was cruel and completely inappropriate.
